How Wilco Works
A complete strength and conditioning system (programming, tracking, coaching, and review) built on two decades of real experience.
A Program Built Around You
Wilco asks about your sport, your position, your training history, your schedule, and what equipment you can actually get to. Then it writes you a real periodized block. Travelling or stuck with a hotel dumbbell rack? Tell Coach Joe and he writes you a temporary program for exactly what you have, then puts you back on the original when you are home.

Quick Log
The fastest way to log a session. Coach Joe reads your program and your history and has today’s workout already drafted when you open the sheet. Change the weights that were different, delete what you skipped, send. If you get pulled away mid-workout you can close it and pick the same draft back up.

Log It However You Talk
Type it the way you would say it. "Bench 185x5x3, last set was a grind." Wilco pulls out the sets, reps, weight, and the technique notes, and files it. Runs, practices, and games go in the same place. Every session you log gives the programming more to work with, so it sharpens the longer you train.

Coach Joe, In Your Pocket
Stuck on a weight jump? Need an exercise swapped or a cue that actually fixes the lift? Ask. You are talking to Coach Joe’s judgment, built from 20 years of military strength and conditioning and a decade of high school weight rooms. Ask him to change your program and he drafts the change, shows you exactly what moves, and waits for you to approve it.

Video Form Review
Film a set and upload it. Wilco pulls frames from the clip and reads your position through them, then writes up what to fix in plain language. The notes land in your log where your coach can read them, so technique gets caught before it turns into a habit. The video itself is never stored.

Coach DashboardCoaches Only
A real command center. See the whole roster at a glance, who is training and who has gone quiet, who flagged pain and who just hit a PR. Open any athlete for their workouts, their progress charts, and their program, and edit that program directly. Change requests from athletes land here for you to approve or rewrite.

Your Numbers, Over Time
Every PR you log feeds an estimated 1-rep max, charted so you can see the line move. Runners get distance, pace, and heart rate charted the same way. This is the part that settles arguments with yourself about whether the work is doing anything.

Know Where You Stand
Wilco ranks every main lift into one of eight tiers, from ROOKIE up to LEGENDARY, against standards scaled to your bodyweight and your age. You can see what the next tier costs you in pounds. When a lift crosses the line, you get to tap the rank up yourself.

The Proof Feed
On the schedule you pick, Wilco writes up the receipts: sessions completed, weight moved, PRs set, where your numbers are trending. It lands as a notification and stays in the app so you can scroll back through past editions. Your coach gets their own edition on the same athlete.
