No. Wilco has no direct messaging between coaches and athletes. Athletes communicate only with the AI, and coaches communicate only with the AI — there is no private athlete-to-coach channel. What a coach and their athlete share is training data: workout logs, pain and recovery flags, and progress reports, so the coach can monitor progress and adjust programming. This separation is intentional and keeps every interaction structured and accountable.

Wilco builds your program around the sport, goals, and resources you tell it about. A standard weight room gets you the most out of it, but programming adapts to what you have access to.

During onboarding you set your sport, position, training history, and goals. Wilco generates a periodized program tailored to that profile, then lets you adjust as your season and body demand. The more accurate your information, the sharper the program.

Wilco is a coaching support tool, not a medical product, and it does not replace qualified, in-person supervision. Always train under appropriate supervision and get medical clearance before beginning any strength and conditioning program. Free is a forever-free plan with core training and some limits. Pro unlocks the full self-serve experience — full program, full memory, full access. Elite adds a real Wilco coach available online on top of everything in Pro. See the Pricing page for details.

Pro and Elite each start with a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged during the trial, and it converts to a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before it ends. The Free plan is free forever and doesn’t involve a trial.

You can cancel anytime in your account settings or by contacting us. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, you’re eligible for a partial refund equal to 50% of the value of your remaining full subscription months. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 to use Wilco. If you’re between 13 and 17, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to the Terms on your behalf at sign-up.

Coaches and schools are onboarded directly rather than through the app. Reach out through our Contact page and we'll get you set up.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never sell your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, how it’s used, and your rights.
