Who is running it
About Us

Coach Joe trains like the stakes are real, because in his world they have been. From peewee basketball to Army Rangers, he has built strength and performance programs for athletes at every level, and brings the same no-excuses standard to every session. He served as a U.S. Army Combat Engineer Officer and is currently a USAF Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, so he knows what it takes to forge capability under pressure. He channels that same discipline into every program he builds. Whether you are chasing a heavier lift, a faster mile, or a stronger and more capable version of yourself, Coach Joe delivers structured, intense, results-driven coaching that pushes you past what you thought was possible.
Will Higgins is a finance student and Olympic weightlifter at the University of Florida, currently 6th in the nation for his weight class. He competed in basketball and football and finished state runner-up in weightlifting in high school, training under Coach Joe the whole way. He knows what it is like to be an athlete willing to work hard to get better, but needing direction.

Session 1 is a testing day. Session 18 is the same six tests again, same equipment, same surface, same people running the clock. Vertical jump, broad jump, T-agility, 40-yard dash, two-minute push-ups, and a 400.
Every score goes into the WILCO app, so you see the six weeks in numbers instead of taking our word for it. Every athlete gets two free months of the app to keep the work going after Oct 9.
FHSAA soccer tryouts start Monday, Oct 12. Camp wraps three days before that on purpose.

Improve, or Get Your Money Back
We test every athlete on day one and again on the last day, same six tests, same equipment. If your athlete does not improve over the six weeks, you get the full $200 back. No fine print and no arguing about what counts. The tests decide.
